John Chahley

John has been an RMT since 2007 and in this time, he has worked on elite athletes at the professional level. In order to be effective at that level, he began to focus his treatments on the deep fascial layers that bind soft tissues together and cause dysfunction. In his treatments, he also uses “trigger point” therapy to enhance the effectiveness of those treatments. When you work with John, expect some levels of discomfort due to the depth of the treatment, but also expect to feel significantly looser after the treatment.

Heather Scheibal

Heather takes a systemic, whole body, approach to Massage Therapy. After many years of participating and racing in a variety of sports she embraced a mid-life career change into Massage Therapy, which she had dreamed of since graduating from UBC with a Bachelor in Human Kinetics. Upon graduating from WCCMT she furthered her studies in Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy (SDTT)(R) and Functional Exercise Training. SDTT involves the identification and treatment of "Systemic" structural misalignments and the subsequent compensations that develop. Functional exercise helps maintain the balanced alignment gained through treatment. It is Heather's priority to keep you moving and enjoying the activities that you love no matter what age or level of capability.
